THE return of the Lorne Market was a welcomed sight for locals and visitors alike over the long weekend.
Thousands of people enjoyed exploring more than 100 stalls offering a huge variety of artisan, handmade and local ware products.
All site and stall fees on the day supported student learning and development at Lorne P-12 College.
Lorne P-12 College principal Carly Stafford said the spring market provided the perfect atmosphere for festive holiday finds.
“It was wonderful seeing people get a head start on their Christmas shopping in such a vibrant, friendly atmosphere.
“With the sun shining and crowds streaming in, it was the perfect day for locals and visitors alike.”
The Lorne Market will be back in 2025, and will again be run in a quarterly fashion throughout the year.
