Grammy-nominated singer and songwriter Hozier will headline this year’s SummerSalt Festival in November.
SummerSalt organisers made the announcement this morning (Tuesday, March 12).
Andrew Hozier-Byrne, who more commonly goes by his stage name ‘Hozier’, will headline the Torqua festival on November 10 at the Torquay Common as the festival’s line-up begins to take shape.
Hozier’s performance in Australia will be his first since 2019 with the rest of SummerSalt’s line-up of special guests to be announced soon.
The Grammy-nominated, award-winning multi-platinum singer and songwriter and his band have added SummerSalt to his series of performances across the country for the ‘Unreal Unearth’ 2024 Australian Tour.
Hozier’s quintuple-platinum anthem ‘Take Me To Church’ continues to be a mainstay of his career, reaching #2 on the Billboard Top 200 and went on to achieve triple RIAA Platinum status.
‘Take Me To Church’ and ‘Someone New’ enjoyed nine weeks at #1 in his native Ireland and rose to #3 on the ARIA album charts here in Australia.
Hozier’s extensive world tour kicked off after the release of his latest album, ‘Unreal Unearth’, which includes sold out shows across the U.S, Europe and the UK, and will conclude in Australia and New Zealand.
